Yes it is blasphemy about not eating pizza come on it is great but I guess if I was dead I probably couldn't eat either maybe that's why he doesn't want pizza because he knows he can't eat it and it just brings up the memories of enjoying it maybe. I think Noah's mom did believe Blue I just think it was a lot to take in at that moment. I'm not sure if Neeve is trapped in Cabeswater or another realm due to them moving her mirrors. I think it was right to bring Noah back because I don't think he wanted to go away and this was the only way to keep him there. As for Ronan I believe we'll definitely find out more about what he can do in the next book so if he said he took Chainsaw out of his dreams I believe anything is possible at this point in the story.
