Usually, I pick 5 books from different categories and let everyone vote. There is also a write-in vote so if none of the options appeal to you. I'm running a bit behind because of holidays, but I'll put the poll up today so that we can decide on a book the first week of December. Update- the poll will be up tonight at 10 PM CST, our options are: Top Ten Clues You're Clueless, A Game of Thrones, Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor, North of Beautiful, and NOS4A2. If you don't like any of these suggestions feel free to write-in in the poll.

They all have a winter-ish theme...some aren't too Christmas-y though. Top Ten Clues takes place on Christmas Eve, Game of Thrones is a winter-y book, Christmas Eve is obvious lol, North of Beautiful is supposed to be winter theme, and NOS4A2 is a scary, thriller for Christmas time. But definitely write-in suggestions...that's why it's there, I do my best to find a variety of books so hopefully everyone has an option represented.

Kelly Martin- Loudermilk | 45 comments I think you did a great job finding a variety of winter themed books. I also found these:

1) Twelve Days of Christmas by Debbie Macomber and
2) The Christmas Town by Donna Vanliere

These are more like straight up Christmas stories. I think the first one is sort of reimagining of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens but with a modern time blog twist. Definitely intrigued me from the synopsis alone.

Nice! I'm feeling NOS4A2 because I like dark themed books rn, I think they're intriguing.

Kelly Martin- Loudermilk | 45 comments My hubby is a big Stephan King fan and since his son wrote NOS4A2, Colin had to read it too. He hasn't read the newest one that he wrote with Owen King. I think it's called Sleeping Beauties. I might get that one for the hubs for Christmas.

It has some really good reviews. I haven't read much Stephen King, but I've been wanting too. Another author I've been wanting to get into is Anne Rice. I think I'll like them, I just have such a long list...and they both have so many books lol.

Kelly Martin- Loudermilk | 45 comments I got a collection of Anne Rice books and keep wanting to read some of her work. I know Jared Leto is supposed to be playing Lestat in a movie very soon, so I've gotta read up on that character before he goes and earns himself another Oscar.

I'm a bit of a fan of Jared Leto haha!
