Kirk (goodreadscomkirkc) | 789 comments Welcome Fanny Price!!! Although she is my least favorite heroine, I do like her and I'm always very happy to read Austenesque where she gets the happiness she richly deserves!! I recently read a great short MP story in A Very Austen Christmas. Fanny's reaction to a certain blessed event is....wait for it... Priceless!!! Sorry... not!

LOL, the MP story is my second favorite, but I won't necessarily claim Fanny as my book BFF. Oh good, I can't wait to read that book. I've got it on my plans for next month.

Kirk (goodreadscomkirkc) | 789 comments *pounds the pedals and uses the power of the triple to speed from Donwell to Mansfield's East Room(running Mr Thorpe, Mrs Norris and a few others off the byways and lanes of the countryside...why no...I didn't have any of Mr Weston's good wine but thank you for asking!)...cleans himself up and quietly greets Miss Price*

Me: Greetings. You have done wonders with the East Room. Beautiful.
Miss Price: *blushes* Oh, thank you. I'm so sorry the space is so small compared to your last level. Thank you too...*gulp* for not reading any of that not so kind stuff about a certain ending to MP. And thank you for reading #76.
Me: The less space is filled with the warm heart of the room. Never no never to those kind of stories. #76 I'm so happy for you! :)
*They smile, nod...and turn to their books in companionable silence*

A sweet time had with Fanny. Luckily she has much better at the moment and coming up the levels very soon. Rides slowly...waving and looking back(barely misses a post)...next stop Delaford.

Well, Kirk, I will always love Alan Rickman [95], but there were times that David Morrissey [08] filled the bill, that sword fight especially. However, I did like Robert Swann [81]...

J. W. Garrett (jeannewallacegarrett) | 1376 comments Making my way toward Colonel Brandon...

90. [4th read-original version] [Unpub] The Strange Disappearance of Lizzie Bennet
91. A Governess for Longbourne: Chelsea Fraisse: 2-stars
92. [Unpub] Eos: Anton M: 4-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12095214...
93. *[Unpub] Do You See What I See? J. D. Bell: 4-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11110346/1/
18 Chapters: Rating: MA: mature audience due to scenes of violence, adult themes, bawdy humor. A ‘What-If’ that sets up a very different second meeting between Elizabeth and Wickham. This story also steps into the lives of the servants of the various houses and their HEA. Love this Mrs. Hill, Mr. Sharp [Darcy’s valet], despite their connections to Wickham, Miss Penny [what a surprise OMG], and the humor with a now very diverted Caroline… simply delightful.
94. *[Unpub] LOUISA GETS SLAPPED: DarcyDeFirth: 4-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/2953095/1/
Short, one-chapter, clean and an OMG ‘that did not happen’ moment! This was hilarious… even if I had to wait for the punch-line [no pun intended]. I can’t even describe it without giving it away. Hilarious… I roared with laughter when the final reveal was presented. Way to go Louisa! I even liked Mr. Hurst.
95. *[Unpub] Review: The Gardiner Connection: Ms Pimprenelle: 4-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12733790...
What a hoot, clean, short and a delightful read. What fun. Take the canon story and throw in a few twists and turns and create a whole ‘nother story. I loved it. This twist to our usual Gardiner connections was a complete surprise. OMG!! I so did not see this coming. Delightful and the three vignettes that followed were a hoot.
96. *[Unpub] Review: Mr. Bennet Has Enough: HarnGin: 3-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10921672...
When push comes to shove… never go against Mr. Bennet. Mrs. Bennet did not heed that caveat. Upon hearing of Lydia’s approaching nuptials… her effusive exuberance got on Mr. B’s last nerve and he snapped. Yep, it was good.
97. *[Unpub] Sister dearest or A Nudge in the Right Direction: headless-nic: 5-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12556907...
Contains 21 chapters and an Epilogue. Begins with Miss Bennet [Jane] and Miss Elizabeth leaving Netherfield after Jane’s illness. Canon has been tossed on its ear and what a scream. Toward the end… I was laughing my head off. I loved Mr. Hurst and I adored Lady Catherine. OMG!! What a story. I loved it, in spite of editing errors, and the fact I nearly broke a rib laughing, so… 5-stars.
98. [2nd-read] [Nonpub] Properly Humbled: KimberlyTee: 4-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/6845597/...
99. [Unpub] Letters From the Heart: mrsdarcy2032: 4-stars http://meryton.com/aha/index.php?show...
100. *[Unpub] Indifference to Decorum: Ms Pimprenelle: 3-stars
https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12774592...

And so ends my stay in the Fanny Price Level... I am on to Colonel Brandon Level with my next book.

Sorry, Debbie... you shouldn't have posted all those stories... I've been going down your list and checking my list and it pushed me over the edge. Wait... that didn't sound right...
