Kai gazed at the plain outfit she wore. It was all black and tight fitting, by far the most comfortable clothes she had ever worn. She was glad she didn't have to wear a huge mountain of silk the Capitol calls a "dress" or some ridiculous outfit that "represents" her district. Honestly, this was the closest you could get to what people wore in her district. Tight pants, a tank top and combat boots with a leather jacket. Her hair was french-braided until it was left in a ponytail, and her eyes had just enough eye shadow to give them a dangerous glint. All in all, she looked pretty menacing.
She placed the finger less gloves on, smirking as she noticed how sharp the studs that lay all over the section that covered the back of her hand were. If one were to look at Kai, she would likely look like an assassin with a sense of style. Beautiful, yet deadly. She stepped into the chariot, assuming her place next to her partner.
Their mentor had instructed them to look as deadly as possible, which was an easy task for Kai. She kept her eyes slightly narrowed, a slight smirk plastered on her face. An audience member would find her quite intimidating indeed. About 15 yards after the chariot was able to be viewed by the audience, weapons materialized in the District 2 tributes' hands and on their jackets, adding to the dangerous look. Kai removed a knife from her jacket and twirled it in her hand, a deadly gleam in her eyes. During the speech, she glared at the president with a look of utter menace and hatred, not listening to a word he said. When the chariots returned to the corridor, she sprinted towards the elevator and jammed the button for the second floor, the evil and menacing gleam still present in her eyes, the smirk still evident on her face. She crossed her arms as the doors closed, taking her back to her room.

Kai was dressed casually yet again, much to her delight. The whole huge-dress thing wasn't her style, and she wouldn't have to fake yet another aspect of her personality; liking dresses. Her hair was down, which she didn't particularly enjoy, but she could make it work with the angle she was using for the interviews. She was standing in the que, listening intently to the other tributes' interviews to see if she could gather any useful information from them.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Kai Le'Gradein, or as they call her in District 2 - The Blonde Fox!" Caesar announced, his undeniable voice ringing through the room. Kai made her way up the steps with her hands in the pockets of her shorts, a bright smile on her face. She removed one hand from her pocket to wave to the crowd before plopping down in her seat, immediately assuming a very casual position.
"Why hello Caesar! I see your hair is as colorful as always," Kai said, trying to get the interview off to a casual start before adding the comical elements she planned on.
"Yes," Caesar said with a chuckle, patting his bright yellow hair. Now might I mention, your hair looked quite menacing during that tribute parade, along with the rest of you my dear. I was genuinely frightened."
"Ah? Yes I suppose I would have looked quite menacing, although I assure you I am quite a likable person. And funny too," Kai lied, running a hand through her hair.
"Funny? I don't believe you... Prove it to me."
"But of course. You just have to ask the right questions for my wonderfully charming sense of humor to show through."
"Hmm, what about a question nobody likes being asked?" Caesar suggested. Kai nodded, encouraging him to continue. "Do you have a boyfriend Kai?"
She allowed herself to look stricken and completely embarrassed.
"Well I didn't think you'd go that far! God, you sound like my grandmother." Her reaction produced an uproar of laughter from the crowd. "But yes, I do."
"Really?" Caesar asked.
"No. I don't actually have a boyfriend, nor does my grandmother ask me if I do," Kai replied, admitting to her act. She saw Caesar's eyes widen in surprise.
"You don't?!" Caesar exclaimed. "Well, you certainly fooled me. You should think about taking up a career in acting." There were several guffaws of laughter from the crowd.
"That was my second choice of profession," Kai answered with a cheerful glint in her eye as the buzzer sounded.
"Well," Caesar said, beginning her farewell from the stage while the audience's laughter from Kai's last answer subsided. "It looks like we're out of time. Ladies and gentlemen, Kai Le'Gradien!" Kai stood with Caesar, shaking his hand before waving to the crowd and exiting the stage, proud of the marvelous act she had put on.

Malia Flynn, District One
Chariot Ride:

(view spoiler)
It was fair to say that she way quite pleased with her attire. She was always one to dress up nicely and waltz out in the family living room, showing off her bedazzled collection and big hair dos. She would adorn big, puffy dresses spread with wave after wave of glitter on the large skirts. The silky material would run under her finger tips as she would hear her mother squeal at the sight of her beautiful daughter. But today, she would not be entering the living room she was so familiar with. No, she would be riding a chariot into the heart of the Capitol, displaying a beautiful item on her frame to the rest of Panem. Everyone would be watching her, she decided. That is, until the next beautiful girl came out. She decided that she didn't want to be forgotten. The Careers always got attention, but she wanted it all. She wanted to capture her audience's hearts and have them beg for her to be their victor. And she would gladly accept that offer.
Everyone was milling around her and her district partner as they readied themselves for their true introduction to the Capitol. One of her stylists, set with a dark green wig and dark makeup matching, perched herself behind her, fixing the curls in her fancy hair. She sent the woman an annoyed expression, shooing her away as she twisted her finger in her own hair, fixing it as she pleased. Malia shrugged her shoulders, licking her sweet lips as she awaited for their signal to board their own chariots. Their beautiful transportation consisted of a golden chariot pulled by two majestic white horses, as if they were actually pure unicorns. She found it amusing and twisted her instructions into a cone. Snickering in her partner's direction, she cupped it on one of the horse's heads, making it appear as if it was an actual unicorn in her presence.
After the announcement of a scolding from her mentors and the mentors of other districts, she pouted and boarded her own chariot. Her legs shook under her dress impatiently as her fingers sifted through the silky fabric. She was careful not to move her head around too much as the bejeweled crown on her head could easily fall off, even if it was pinned to her hair. Her breathing hitched in her throat as she heard the distinct sound of the bell, warning them of their take off in the direction of the Capitol audience. She was instructed to wave her arms around and blow kisses to the audience only after she entered the culdesac at the end of the line. Nodding her head in agreement, she and her district partner took off in the direction of their entrance.
District One would be the first one to be seen, so she and her district partner had to be the shining introduction. They were the main event while everyone else behind them were merely side shows that one or two eyes were paying attention too. They were dazzling with their beautiful outfits and shining smiles. Malia made sure to smile to the audience, exposing her white teeth to the males and females of the Capitol. It didn't take long for those citizens to get riled up. Soon, they were showered with cheers, roses, screaming fans blowing kisses at them. She saw a few tears which confused her, considering that no one here even knew a thing about her yet besides her name and district.
The culdesac was finally here and she was allowed to raise her arms in response. She first sent a kiss to President Snow as the two of them actually did meet a few times. She hoped that he did remember her though. If he didn't, she would make sure that he remembered her face. As her arm raised in greeting to everyone, she waved it around like she did with her family as an audience, smiling brightly as she blew kisses in every direction. With the movements, the gems on her dress glimmered and shined against the sun's reflection, giving off light everywhere. More gasps and sounds of awe met them as she waved around. With a light laugh, their chariot finally stopped in their position as they awaited for their coveted President Snow to give the opening speech.

It didn't take long for Malia to get excited over getting dressed up again. She lived for these events. They seemed to dwindle the older she got, which disappointed her. Things were getting serious at her age and she needed to focus on what she could do if she were to ever get picked for the Hunger Games. And now that she had, she may as well enjoy all the perks of being one anyway. So far, the chariot ride, the training center, and the bedrooms had all been past satisfactory to her. Back home, things were great and comfortable, but the Capitol took things past comfortable. It was like living in some alternative universe. Everything was upside down in her mind with new things she had never seen before in her life. Even with the wealth her family had, there were things here that she could never dream of even affording.
She would be the first to come out on stage with Caesar Flickerman, announcing all of her answers to his variety of questions throughout the five minute interview. It made her slightly nervous, but she had always been good with a nice crowd. But so many people in one area staring up at her made her feel a bit anxious. And then there was her family back at home, glued to the screens, looking out for their daughter and sister. Including the rest of Panem, yes, everyone watched her as soon as she made her entrance on stage. She noticed the lights flickering on stage and Caesar began talking. With his large guffaw, he announced her name, welcoming her to the stage.
Her hands patted down the soft material of her dress as she waltzed out of backstage and followed her feet to the plush seats on stage. This year, Caesar Flickerman was dressed in a pressed suit, buttoned to the neck. His traditional color changes had ended with a certain yellow this year. It was a bright shade, one that almost hurt to look at it. But it was Caesar, so he could actually pull the disgusting color off on his head. His lips and eyebrows matched his hair as he waved his hand over at her, patting down on the couch next to him. Malia smiled wide as she approached him, her short dress swaying around her thighs in a flutter as she seated herself next to him. "Ladies and gentlemen! Let's give a warm welcome to Malia Flynn of District One." The yellow man applauded his hands as she crossed her legs in her seat.
Heat rose to her cheeks as she rest her hands in her lap, staring out at the audience. Nice music played in the background as the interview quickly began. "Hello, Caesar. It's lovely to see you again." Malia smiled as she looked over at him. It hadn't been too long ago that the yellow man had visited her humble abode to attend a lavished party her parents set at the house on a random night of the year. It was filled with several fireworks, dancers, and singing. All such spectacular events at the party of the year as some of the Capitol citizens liked to call it.
Caesar pressed a hand against his chest, nodding his head in agreement to Malia's statement. He could never forget the Flynn family party. Though, he did forget part of the night due to the high consumption of alcohol. He was told that he was slumped over in a punch bowl. Thankfully, that year he had stuck with pink hair, so the punch blended right in. "It's so lovely to see you, too. I've quite missed going to your parents parties. Tell me, who really is behind all that magic?" The yellow man asked her, his hand resting under his chin as he leaned forward, awaiting his answer.
She shrugged her small shoulders, looking out the audience with a quick flicker of her eyes before turning back to Caesar. "It's really all of us. I do have to say, however, that I am in charge of the events." Malia blushed as Caesar sent her an expression of disbelief. Their parties were to die for and everyone wanted to catch sight of the incredible displays and events that went on. "Do you miss the parties? Or rather, do you miss District One and your family?" Caesar asked her, his legs crossing at the ankles as he sent a look out at the audience. Everyone leaned forward, eager to hear her answer. "While I love the parties, my family is priority to me. I miss my two older brothers, Harry and Peter, as well as my parents. I'm sure they would love to sit down and chat with you someday soon." Malia smiled lightly in his direction.
Caesar chuckled, nodding his head in agreement. They continued conversing, blending in questions from all over. How was she liking the Capitol so far? What's her favorite dish? What techniques did she have planned for the Games? Was she thinking of having any allies? That question had stumped her for a moment, but she had eventually conceeded and answered him with a hesitant yes. She would need allies. "Any tribute you have your eye on? Or is their some boy candy back home waiting for you?" Caesar asked with a wink. The audience laughed with his comment, eagerly anticipating some new love scenario. She blushed at the question, tucking her hair back as she looked over at him. "Many of the male tributes I am with are very attractive, I have to admit. But I haven't really gotten to know anyone yet. I guess, we'll just have to wait and see if anyone catches my eye." Malia answered his question, a soft giggle slipping from her lips. Caesar chuckled along, nodding his head in agreement.
The timer soon rang, signalling that their conversation must come to an end and her district partner would be arriving on stage for his own interview. She was happy to be off stage, but she had to admit that she did enjoy the feeling for quite a bit. It was like an adrenalin rush that had come out of nowhere. She smiled and waved at the audience seated before them as she stood with Caesar. "Panem, I give you Malia Flynn. Keep an eye out for this lovely lady in our Games!" He applauded as her face flashed across some screens with her district number behind her. The audience clapped and cheered for her as she traveled across the stage. Her hands waved as she stepped away from the stage, relieving herself of any more attention as she was away from the crowds. With a deep sigh, she was appreciative that it was over. Now, all that was left was the actual Hunger Games.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
Kaiden Ciocca, District Two
Chariots (No outfit could be added but something like what chloe did)
The District Two mentors had instructed the tributes to look as murderous, vicious, and drop dead serious as possible. No laughing and catching roses or blowing kisses. Not that it was hard for him at all. He had a superior gleam in his eyes along with a serious smirk. His eyes were icy and made him look bold and dangerous. The moment weapons appeared in his and his district partners hands he threw his- a sword in the air and caught it by the tip, the expressions written all over him never even changing. The crowd seemed to enjoy his tricks with the sword as they moved along. He loved the attention and absorbed it all in like a sponge, yet his deadly gleam and narrowed eyes never even budged. He noticed that there were two swords on his jacket. He rubbed the two blades together, and a spark was made, lighting himself and the District Two chariot up against the evening sky. The crowd went wild and flowers were thrown, and although Kaiden didnt at all show it, inside he was pleased. The chariot ride ended with a speech by the President and he didn't listen, instead making eye contact with the sponsors and when it was over he didn't even clap. The moment he could leave for his room, he did. To change and then go for some training.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to Kaiden Ciocca, District Two!
Thank you Caesar, I must say, you look dashing tonight.
Thank you, Kaiden. Now, you seem like a very bright young man so I want to get straight to business
The Capitol and Kaiden wait for the first question.
Now, what skills and talents do you have for the Games?
I hate to give anything away, but I can tell you that I never have missed a target in my life, never not pierced the heart of a dummy. I have topped all of the classes, and I have had experience with every weapon imaginable.
Impressive. Now, do you think you can win these Games?
I am a Career. I expect to win. I have received the finest trainers and the finest trainers of any district. All of my skills are top notch. And I do not think I will win. I will win.
Now, what are your goals now and prior to becoming a tribute?
I have trained all my life for this so of course I always saw myself as a winner from the beginning.
And your competition, how do you rate them?
I see no competition that poses a threat to my winning.
Finally, what do you think of the Capitol?
Well, what can I say? I do love it here, and the food is amazing. I'm still a bit shocked though that you can have anything you want with the push of a button.
It is amazing, no? What's your favorite Capitol dish?
Well, I can't really say because half the time you don't know what you're eating, just that it tastes really good.
The audience erupts into laughter as well as Caesar.
Finally, the funny business. The question all tributes hate...Do you have anyone special waiting for you back home?
Well, no not currently. I have been too focused on my training lately to waste my time and make promises I can't keep to any girl.
A shame, really. I'm unfortunate to tell you our time is cut short. Panem, Kaiden Ciocca, Distrcit Two!
The applause and laughs claps and flowers everything was deafening as he walked off the stage with a bow. Once backstage, he realizes that no one can be found? Why? They're all on stage with sponsors.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Lyra looked nervously around as everyone prepared their chariots and climbed on board. There was one thing she hated; crowds. And she was about to be surrounded by many. She picked at her outfit anxiously. She was wearing a short dress of pale yellow hay with a blue belt. Yellowy-grey boots with brown feathers reached her thighs, and a plaited headdress topped off the outfit.
Once everyone had boarded their chariots, to huge double doors creaked open and light poured in. The first few chariots rode out in the crowds. Lyra drew a deep breath as her chariot left the peacefulness of the room inside. A deafening roar filled her ears and Lyra shrank back. But she knew this would only make the Capitol citizens see her as weak, as well as every single district citizen, which would decrease her chance of getting sponsored in the arena. Lyra willed herself to stand tall and straight. She gingerly lifted a hand and began to wave to the crowd. As her chariot rumbled along, she began to feel more comfortable, and even laughed. Soon the chariots were circling around twice, until they came to a halt in front of President Snow. Complete silence descended upon everybody, and the President began his speech.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Lyra Platinum from District Nine!"
The crowd erupted in cheers and applause as Lyra took a deep breath and walked on stage, trying to keep her nervousness hidden. She did her best to smile at the crowd and wave, but it was hesitant.
Caesar Flickerman, the famous interviewer, smiled at her and offered her a seat on a white, bowl-like chair next to one of his own. "Welcome, welcome, Lyra!" he boomed. "Please, take a seat!"
Lyra sat down on her chair, spreading her peacock dress around her. Caesar sat down on his own chair.
"Alright, alright, that's enough!" he said. Once the crowd had quietened down, he said, "Now, before we begin, I must complement on your gorgeous dress!" The crow cheered again, and Lyra smiled.
"Thank you, Caesar."
"Does it resemble a peacock or something?"
"Y-Yes, it does. I-I love it as well."
"Your stylist has certainly done a fantastic job! Now let's get down to business. Are you excited for this year's games?" Caesar leaned in, holding his microphone to my mouth.
"I guess it's a mixture of anxiety and thrill, Caesar," she lied.
"Yes, they are a bit nerve-racking, aren't they. So, do you think you'll win?"
"The odds certainly aren't against me-I can use a knife pretty well and I can hunt. But the odds aren't all for me, either. Anyone can win," she said.
"Absolutely. Have you enjoyed the Capitol, Lyra?"
"Um..." To be honest, she hadn't enjoyed it that much. She was too focused on strategising and worrying about the games. "Oh yes, I have enjoyed it thoroughly. You all have a great sense of style, and all the furniture is quite astounding. And the food! Oh Caesar, it's wonderful! I just wished I could take it all home with me."
"Yes, we do have nice food, don't we, folks?" The crowd cheered and whooped. "Now Lyra, I'm sure we all want to know if you have anyone special back at home?" Caesar smiled mischeiveously. The crowd cheered and clapped once more.
Lyra laughed. "Yes, I had boys lining up at my doorstep back at home!" The crowd laughed. "There were so many I had to make them plan appointments to see me!"
"Really?" Caesar urged.
"No, of course not! I never liked any boy, nor did any boy like me."
The crowd went 'aww' and Lyra half-pouted, half-smiled.
"Surely you're fighting in the games for someone though?" said Caesar.
Lyra bit her lip. "Yes, I am. My brother Calix, he...he died when he was only...only nine years old." She felt tears pricking her eyes but she refused to cry. "I am fighting in his honour."
"I'm sure you will, Lyra, I'm sure you will," said Caesar, genuinly sympathetic.
A buzzer sounded, announcing that Lyra's time was up. "I'm afraid that's all we have time for tonight," Caesar boomed. "Everyone give another round of applause for Lyra Platinum!"
Piper Hudson, District 8Chariot Ride:
Costume:

Piper stood by the horses, petting one of them absentmindedly. She looked down at her costume, a small frown on her face. The dress was heavy, with a lot of layers on it and the fabric around her neck made her feel as if she was being chocked and her hair had weird streamers dangling from her hair. Her costume, although it was heavy and itchy, it caught attention and was well thought out. You could see she was from District 8, it was obvious. At that thought, she smiled. It made her happy to be representing her District but also annoyed for the circumstances she was in. The Capitol was getting her all dolled up to die. Great. Piper noticed her District partner also had an eye-catching suit on. It was covered in sparkles and they almost blinded by how bright they were. She suppressed a smile as he walked by, “You look like a light bulb.” She chuckled as he passed her. If he had replied, she hadn’t heard, her attention already on something else.
A mechanical voice from the loudspeakers instructed them to get on their chariots and wait for their turn. Piper stepped onto the chariot, wobbling slightly on the high heels she was wearing. They were inconvenient and they hurt her feet. She didn’t understand why Capitol people wore these things, they were annoying. Her partner, Cash, steadied her with a hand. She shrugged him off, “I’m fine.” She snapped. She didn’t need his help. The chariot lurched forward, sending Piper stumbling backwards. She stayed on her feet but barely. Her cheeks reddened and although she avoided Cash’s gaze, she knew he was giving her a knowing smile. Before they were out of the tunnel, she managed to say, “Oh, shut up.” But her tone didn’t match the expression on her face. She was trying to supress a smile but it didn’t work. She knew it was funny and couldn’t help but laugh. And as she rode through the screaming crowds of the despicable Capitol citizens, she laughed and smiled but not because of the people, because of her clumsy self. Her clumsiness saved her as she wouldn’t have been able to smile at the people for reasons everyone knew. These were the people that watched them die on TV every year and thought it was amusing. So, thanks to her ability to laugh at herself, the Capitol people thought she was this bubbly girl who was overjoyed to see them.

Piper stood backstage, ringing her hands together. She had to stay calm and not snap at Caesar and all the disgusting Capitol people. She really hated them and it would take all her willpower not to snap during the interview. And before she knew it, her name was called.
"And let’s give a warm welcome to Piper Hudson from District Eight!" Cried the over enthusiastic Caesar Flickerman.
Piper walked on stage, her dress flowing beautifully behind her. She waved with both hands to the crowd and they cheered. They weren’t as excited because she wasn’t a Career but her dress and hair caught their attention. She shook Caesar’s hand and sat down, her hands resting on the armrests of her chair, her long, elegant fingers curled tightly around the fabric. "Hello," She cried. "I’m so happy to be here, it’s really an honor!" At this the crowd cheered wildly and Caesar had to motion with his hands to settle them down. They all looked so ridiculous in their getups but it actually benefitted Piper. Their laughable clothes made her smile, as if laughing with the crowd.
"Why, Piper, I do have to say that you look marvelous! Truly breath taking!" Caesar cried, nodding his head as the crowd cheered. "Now, I must ask you before we speak of the Games, since you are from District Eight, do you see anything in the room that you have seen being made?"
Piper nodded, her smile warm. "Um.." She looked out at the audience, squinting, trying to see if anything her mother made was here. "Yes, this woman right here is wearing the hat my mother made." She said, pointing to a woman in the front row. "You look wonderful tonight." She complimented the woman, who blushed and beamed up at Piper.
"Wonderful! Now everyone, make sure to ask this kind woman where she found that great hat and if you want, purchase an identical one to show your support for Piper!" The crowd cheered, some people trying to get a glimpse of the lady’s hat. "Now, Piper, let’s be serious for a moment. What do you think your chances in these Games will be?"
Piper chuckled, "Well, I would say I have fair chances. I mean I’m not the most talented when it comes to killing or fighting.." The crowed was quiet, as if disappointed. "But," A few gasps and now all eyes were on her. "I have a different strategy. In the Hunger Games, I’ll be playing my own games." She said, tapping the side of her head.
Caesar nodded, her mouth thin line. "Ah, I see.. Now what games are those?" He asked, raising an eyebrow to the crowd, who laughed.
Piper smirked, "Let’s just say I’m very persuasive and will always get what I want. Some call it manipulation, I call it fun. Other tributes have their weapons, I have my mind." She watched the audience react. Some nodded, impressed. Others seemed confused. She decided to joke around for a bit. "Now, don’t go thinking I’m this really smart girl, trust me I’m not," This got her some laughs. "School and knowledge isn’t my thing. I play tricks, mind games if you will."
Caesar laughed, "Oh, well, ladies and gentlemen this girl is quite the tribute. Devious and witty yet funny and kind! She’ll be one to watch in the Arena. I, myself, am quite intrigued to see these mind games of yours Piper!" The crowd cheered in agreement. "That’s all the time we have for Piper but give it up for District Eight’s female tribute, Piper Hudson!"
She walked off stage, waving goodbye to the audience. She stepped from sight and breathed a sigh of relief.

For the interview, just go out on a limb and write how your character speaks with Caesar. Again, include their outfit if possible.
