Tada! Go ahead and talk about the Vampirates series, but try to refrain from too many spoilers.

I couldn't find any quotes for this series. At least on Goodreads. Maybe Google would be kinder.

“So how do you make your exit?" she asked. "In a puff of smoke? Or do you just vaporize?"
He grinned at her. "Much as I hate to be a crushing disappointment to you, I reckon I'll just take the door.”
I found one. I'm going to have to reread these. I just can't remember the story.
