Okay, can we read tomorrow? How many chapters do you think you can do in a day?

Nah!! Not at all! I can read this book in 3 hours. So we'll just read and then discuss. (This is my third time reading the book, so you don't need to worry about spoilers. BUT I WILL BE CAREFUL!!!)

Where did you see Miraculous: The Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir? I have been wanting to know more about it but I don't know where to find it.

I watched on YouTube at first, but the first season is on Netflix.

Yeah, Howl is not a very nice person. A real jerk.

Old Sophie is the best!!

So when you said Lettie, was it Lettie or Martha.

Ah! A fast reader!! Love fast readers!! ISN'T IT GREAT!!! Howl is a pain, but an adorable pain, Sophie is a HOOT, Michael, poor Michael. LOVE Lettie, even Fanny isn't so bad. It's SUCH a good book.

Calcifer is DEFINITELY my favorite character. I KNOW!!! Howl is SUCH a brat, but I adore him! YES!! It's good, and it's a good sequel, but it has a bit of a different flavor then the first.

"Yes, you are nosy," said Howl. "You're a dreadfully nosy, horribly bossy, appallingly clean old woman. Control yourself. You're victimizing us all."

Howl whines abominably!

Howl and the bathroom is ridiculous! TWO HOURS!!!

One of my favorite parts is the morning after Sophie gets to the castle when she 'bullies' Calcifer into bending his head down and cooking breakfast. And then Howl comes in.

It's such a good book. Some have called it a Beauty & the Beast retelling.

Exactly. And while I can see the similarities to a B&tB retelling, I don't ever think of it as one.
