My library won't have the book in by the 1st. It's coming from another library and they don't know exactly when it'll arrive. Can you wait a few days or do you need to start it right away?
I think I meant that for another thread/book. I already have Jackaby. I was trying to say that my own library, Manteca Public Library, didn't have the book I was referring to, so they get books they can from "sister libraries" like from San Francisco, Sacramento, and other cities all over California, depending on who has them. It's called Link+ and Link+ takes time to get the books to my library. In this case I was 25th in the queue and now I'm down to 19th.
I'm sorry if I confused you.
Yeah, otherwise I'd be buying a LOT more books and going broke. LOL I never used the library until I started doing challenges on GR. I can't keep up with all the books I use if I had to buy all of them.
Yeah I use the city’s library digital books and then my towns library for digital as well. Usually one of them has it. If not I buy it
FinishedI liked it pretty well. For some reason it made me think of Sherlock Holmes.
Abigail Rook (view spoiler)
Jackaby (view spoiler)
Overall what I liked about it was the detective aspect, knowing that Abigail was a novice and "watching" her learn and grow, and the mystery of the serial killer. I wasn't sure (view spoiler)
I hope you like it too.
