It was a regular day in the stables for Max. Except today, the princess was coming down to choose her horse. He heard a knock on the stable door. "Come in." He called out.

Sophie had gotten up a little earlier than normal today. Upon being exicted that she got to pick her own horse today. Usaully she had to ride on one of her bother's horses but after some talk with her father about it. He'd told her that she could now have her own. Hearing someone say 'Come in' a moment after she'd knocked on the door. Starting to push it open and go in.

Max turned around and saw that Princess Sophie had just walked in. "Oh, hello your majesty! How may I be your assistance?" He said.

(I'll be back. I have to go eat some food!)

Sophie smiled, she always found it amusing that the stable boy----Max was his name. --She made a point in knowing all the servents names. Even though she hardly talked or needed there help.-- insisted on calling her 'her majesty' instead of her actual name that she'd told him to call her. "Please, it's Sophie.-- I was wondering if I could look at the horses--- although if you're busy with something I can come back later."

"Oh no! It's fine to look around, you-- i mean Sophie!" He smiled. He's always had a crush on her, but it would never happen.

Sophie smiled laughed lightly at his nervnise towrdes her. "Thank you, Max" She said walking further in so that she could start looking at them after they where done talking.

Max walked aside so she could look around. "If you have any wuestions, I'll be in the office."

Sophie nodded her head as he did. "Okay, thank you again." she said as she started to look at the horses

"No problem!" He said, walking into the office.

Sophie smiled to herself as she watched him walk into the little office that they had. Then walking over to pet one of the horses on the nose.

Max didn't know what to do. He finished everything he needed to in the office for today. Should he go out there and help?

After a little while Sophie moved on to the next two that was in the next stall over. Petting both of their noses.

Max then got up and went feed all the horses.

Sophie had been going back and forth between the three horses for the past 15 minutes. Not sure which one she'd like for her own. Finally settling on the first one she'd petted. Looking around the stables to see if Max had come out of the office yet or if he was still in there. Seeing him a few stalls away. Starting to walk over to him once she'd softly kissed the horses muzule.

Max turned around to see Sophie approaching him. "Oh, hey! What's up?"

"I was wondering where you kept the brushes..."

"You can find them in the basket inside the office. Did you decide which horse you want?" He said, pointing to the office.

"I think so---" She said slowly, unsure about how to proceed with it.

"Do you need help?"

"Um, I was actually wondering if you'd show me how to brush her, It's been a while sense I was able to brush any horses." Sophie said starting for the office.

"Of course!" He took the brush from her hand and showed her how to brush the horse.

Sophie watched as he showed her.

"You want to try now?" He said, handing her the brush

Sophie nodded her head. "Yeah," Then reached out to take the brush from him, starting to run the brush down the horses side. Pausing to ask "Does she already have a name?" Looking over at him
