I'm in, even though I won't be able to update every day.My main goal is to finish The Goldfinch. I started it awhile ago and like it a lot - it just keeps getting put aside for library books that have come off hold, my Kindle breaking, etc.

I'm in! I'm not doing so well in the read-a-thon I'm currently participating in, so this will be the perfect time for a fresh start. My goal is 250-300 pages/day and 5 books for the week. School will be starting up soon, so I need get in as much pleasure reading as I can!My TBR hasn't been decided yet, apart from finishing Lolita... I guess depends on what I find at the library :P
I am definitely in. I have two goals: 1. finish the 1000+ page book I am reading, and 2. finish at least 8 books this week
I'm in but starting a bit late (4 p.m EST). My goal is to complete one book per day (that includes the 6 I started prior to the read-a-thon).

Here is the sign-up for the read-a-thon, so let us know if you are planning to join us. (Of course, you don't actually have to sign-up to participate.) We hope you will join us during the week as we try to topple our tbr stacks and find new books through our friends' recommendations. It is always lots of fun!
Let's try something NEW. Choose 1 goal for this read-a-thon. Whether it is to read 1 book, 5 or 10. Whether you want to read 2 books with red covers or a book in another language or about a certain topic. Or one of those top 100 books. State your goal here. Let's see how that goes!
Just 1 goal. Keep it simple. It's only a week!
