I just because aware of kindle unlimited yesterday and I have no idea what kindle select offers. I will look into it further.

Hello Karen,

Kindle Unlimited and Kindle Select basically offer the same thing; free, unlimited reads with an account. One of the main differences being you need a Kindle and Amazon Membership with Kindle Select ($79 a year + Kindle price). As opposed to Kindle Unlimited where it's $9.99/month regardless of what device you are using (non-kindle, etc.).

The good news is: Kindle Select and Kindle Unlimited both offer access to the same books. There are other more minimum differences like with Kindle Select you can send the book to someone else to read, but nothing major I can think of.

If someone has anything to add in, please do. This way more people will know what each has to offer.

Not sure if anyone is into travel books. But there's a great one on Miami I have been reading. Lonely Planet Miami & the Keys

It's available using Kindle Unlimited. Tells you a little about the history of but a lot of other great information if you're a frequent visitor to Miami and the Florida Keys.

Not sure how many authors there are in the group. And I have NOT read this book yet, but I have heard great things about it. Someone referred to it as an "Independent Publishing Bible". Maybe someone can check it out and tell us what they think?

This is my shifter/urban fantasy serial with a strong romantic plot thread. I have 3 episodes up right now, all in KU, and plan to release a new episode every 2 weeks or so.
