My teenage kids got me hooked on anime. There are many light novels that have not been published in English. I would buy the book if I could. Is there a website where I can find unofficial translations of the rest of the Nauto Hiden and Shiden novels. I would aso like to read The story of Siaunkoku, if anyone can direct me to an English transation.

Julie, I don't know the answer, but somewhere here will.In the event you aren't aware of it, you also may want to check out the Japanese Novel and Light Novel GR group, linked below.

Hi, Julie.
Son Goku is a character from the Chinese classic "Journey to the West." He's the modern-day protagonist of Dragonball Z, a super popular anime/manga.
If that's the character you're looking for, you should be able to find a lot of English versions.

I don't know Naruto, so I don't know what shiden and hiden refer to. I see three Naruto novels from Viz: http://a.co/5hs1wufI didn't know there were Saiunkoku novels, but the manga is available in English translation: http://a.co/9c1Ktuf
FYI, I know its against the rules to direct people to online sourses. Just letting people know that if you dig enough, there are fan translations out there. That wouldn't be necessary, if they would publish official translations. I would think that ebooks would be cheap enough to create, that they could have a huge profit margin.
WRT light novels, I am currently reading:Hell Mode by Hamuo (Vol 4)
Ascendance of a Bookworm by Miya Kazuki (book 5 vol 5)
The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten by Saekisan and Hanekoto (Vol 5)
I read several series a month to scan for books to add to our rural library.
Updated in Oct. Just completed the 4 audiobooks (good for long dog walks) for Black Summoner, narrated by Kyle Tait and published
by Tantor Audio. The audiobook in this series are more entertaining than the written light novels.
I will probably start the audiobooks for The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent by Yuka Tachibana next. I much prefer this story series in light noval, manga and anime. Physical audiobooks circulation is low after the pandemic, but electronic check out through the online systems seem to be doing well.
