Do you prefer The Mortal Instruments or The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare?

I prefer the Infernal Devices. Though I have to say I have not finished either series so far. Still have to read the last two of the Mortal Instruments and the last one of the Infernal Devices.

I prefer the Mortal Instruments. It was a much faster or much more interesting read. I felt like the plot in the Infernal Devices took a little longer to pick up.

I'd have to say The Mortal Instruments. The series flowed better and the pace was quicker, which is more of my type of read.

The Infernal Devices definitely. I read the series first, before the Mortal Instruments (out of order I know), and I found the writing style to be more polished and the characters more mature and engaging. Still love the Mortal Instruments though, Infernal Devices was simply better written I believe with better characters.

Tbh I can't stand either. It's the writing is kinda boring I guess.

I just love both series
