Wanda has stolen many items from this store to help her friends in the caves. In here there are a variety of food items you can take. Just don't get caught by the fellow Soul shoppers!

Alia sprinted silently through the aisles of the dark closed grocery store looking for the bread section, when suddenly, she heard someone in the next aisle to her.

Lucinda looked at the front of the store. She was hidden in the darkest shadows because the moonlight was awfully bright on this cool night. She tried the door and found it unlocked. Typical she thought and quietly entered while shutting the door behind her. She went to the closest aisle to get food. Normally she would've used her flashlight to look for food that would last long but she didn't want to risk using light and promised Lividia it would be quick. Lucinda grabbed some food stuffing it in her backpack as quick as she could trying not to make too much noise.

Alia went to the dairy aisle andquickly grabbed a packof ham and another of cheese. Knowing Eric, he would freak if she had forgotten them.She smiled.Sometimes he could be a pain, but she still loved him.

Lucinda heard noise and quietly crept towards it. A girl about her age was there grabbing ham and cheese. She took out her gun and yanked the girl by her hair. She put the gun in her head and whispered "If you scream or move I will kill you." Then she pinned her against the wall still pointing the gun at her. Lucinda took out her flashlight and pointed it directly into her eyes. She was surprised to see she was human. In a less threatening voice she asked "Who are you?" but didn't put the gun down.

"Whoa watch the hair would you?",Alia said as she squinted at the flashlight held before her."And would you turn off that light? We could get caught."The girl started to relax a little but not completely."Oops, how could I forget? My name's Alia Mason and still not abducted by the Souls, therefore, am still a survivor, happy?"

She smiled and turned off the light. She liked this girls sarcasm. After she lowered the gun Lucinda said "Not really. I love a good fight as you might of guessed. Anyways Alia, are you traveling alone?" She wondered if there was more out there.

"No I'm traveling with my twin bro Eric. He's such a pain, you know? He's always calling dibs on the last slice a ham an-." She paused when the girl was trying to suppress a laugh. She mentally facepalmed herself. Surely if Eric ever found out she'd been talking about his personal business to another girl, he'd kill her.

She bit the inside of her cheek to not burst out laughing. "I know what you mean. I have a twin sister and she has a major tooth." It was hard not to like Alia. "We are staying at an abandoned hotel about an hour away from here. Would you and your brother like to join us?" Lucinda would feel better if they traveled in a group. They would have a better chance at surviving. She also wondered why her brother wasn't raiding instead. Women have to do everything.

"Sure!" she replied happily. "We'd loved too! You have no idea how tired I am with traveling with my annoying bro! It's been long since I've talked to a girl my age anyways." She was about to ramble on about her brother's reactions every time she played a prank on him but stopped. It would funnier if the-. "Hey Lucinda, isn't it funny I don't know your name or your sister's?"

"Of course! But wait, you haven't told me your name!", she said. It was weird thy were having a conversation like if they were long-time friends and didn't know each other's names.

"Oh right. Lucinda, Lucinda Rodriguez." Suddenly Lucinda saw lights through the windows. She cursed under her breath. "Let's go! There are Seekers outside!" She grabbed some more random food and started running toward the emergency exist.

Alia quickly followed close behind, quickly dumping whatever food as she passed by aisles. They finally made it to an exit seconds later.

Lucinda ran until they got deep into a the park's forest. Just on the other side was the abandoned hotel but it would take about forty more minutes to get there. She stopped as she remembered something and Alia bumped into her. As she facepalmed herself she said "Face meet palm, palm I introduce you to face. Alia, aren't we forgetting to go get someone before we go meet my sister at the hotel?"

“Huh?Oh yeah!Follow me!We're staying at a old abandoned house not so far from here", shesaidas she motioned Lucinda to follow her.

Lucinda laughed and said "You must really love and care about your brother since you almost forgot him and left him behind!" She then followed Alia and looked at the old house that was tearing apart.

“Yes I love him so much that I sometimes getcarried away and am about to strangled", she joked as she then entered the old house.She then turned on her flashlight andmade her way through the old furniture and took the stairs that led down to the cellar.

Lucinda waited in the living room of the old house. It was a little dusty which made her sneeze.

Alia reached the cellar where she found Eric fast asleep.She walked over and smacked his head. “Hey!'Sup with you!?", he whined while rubbing his head.“We got new people joining us on our little journey bro! Now get your butt up there and introduce yourself!", she said tugging his hand like a five-year-old.Eric's eyes widened.“Are you sure they're not Souls!?", he asked alarmed.

“They're not!You think I'll be stupid enough to not notice a creepy alien?Of course not!", she exclaimed somewhat annoyed at her twin for not trusting her.“Besides, they're girls", she smirked as she turned on her heel, knowing he would instantly get up and follow her

Lucinda collected herself and got into her cold personality. She could hear them coming down the stairs and she quickly pretended she was organizing things in her bag.

Alia entered with Eric trailing behind her. “Alright then, Eric, meet Lucinda, Lucinda, Eric", she gestured.

She looked up and was bored. "Hi." She said in a flat toneless voice. "We should get going. Lividia will be waiting."

Weird, she thought. Why is she so cold all of a sudden?, she asked herself.“Right", she said.“We better get going. Eric, got everything?", she looked over at Eric who was just as surprised as she was on Lucinda's cold tone.“Um yeah", he said and shifted his backpack mote firmly on his shoulders.“I'm ready", he said.

"I'll lead the way Alia." she said in a normal tone. In her cold tone she turned to face Eric and said "And you, follow me."

Alia gave Eric a smug smile and followed Lucinda.She realized she was the first girl not throw herself at her brother.I swear his ego is bigger than his head, she thought as she chuckled to herself.

She ran quickly through the forest and took many swerves and turns. Finally they made it to the hotel. "We have to go in through the back. But do it quietly."

Alice parked the truck in the back so no one could see. Bandit followed her to protect her. She ran out of food yesterday and still hadn't found her brother. She ran into the store good thing she was in all black and had a hood.

Rhys loaded the last of the food. Jeb had sent him on a quick raid . It was his first job rotation at the caves. Colt started growling. "What is it?" he said quietly. Colt went back into the store growling and Rhys followed. Colt would never follow Souls unless I told him to. So it must be something else. He thought. He took out his gun and went inside.

Bandit started growling low. "Bandit what is it?" Alice finished loading her bag. Bandit continued to growl. Alice got out her gun she was used to attacks from Seekers and this time she gots a car so she don't need to out run them.

Colt growled louder and led him through the aisles. Rhys ran after him with his gun ready and loaded. He was prepared to shoot anyone.

Alice heard the footsteps get closer to her. Hr bag was loaded so it would slow her down in a run but she is still fast. Her gun cocked and ready to shoot. Her grip was deadly on the gun. Bandit growled he was ready to pounce on anyone.

Colt stopped and started barking. Rhys got there a second later and saw who he was barking at. Another dog? he thought and said "What the fu–" he didn't finish his sentence cuz he saw another figure. He aimed the gun in their direction.

Alice aimed her gun poised at his heart. "Bandit on my word." She whispered as Bandit's muscles tensed ready to fight. She need to get to the truck but was leaving Bandit behind.

Rhys lowered his gun. He took out his flashlight and pointed it at his eyes. "I won't hurt you. I'm also human." He petted Colt to calm him.

Alice put her gun away but stayed silent. She petted Bandit. She couldn't of left him. He was all she had left of her brothers and would keep him for as long as she could.

Rhys put the flashlight away. "Are you here alone?" he couldn't see her features so he didn't know how old she was but he guessed she was younger than him.

Alice stood up. "Yea I'm alone unless you count My German Shepherd Bandit here." Bandit sat down but he was still tensed ready to fight.

"Where are you headed?" he asked but he was looking at Colt. Colt relaxed but in less than a second he could be up and ready to fight.

"Don't know. I looking for my brother." Bandit whined a bit. He missed James, Hutson, and Doug but they were gone. Alice petted him knowing because she missed them all too.

"He might be where I am staying. I just got there a few days ago so I wouldn't know anyone. Want to come to the Caves?" he asked.

Alice closed her eyes and sighed. She had no leads on her brother he could be there. "Might as well." She pulled her hood down and smiled at him. "The names Alice."

"Rhys." he smiled back and took off his own hoodie. "This is Colt." Colt looked up when he said his name.

"My police dog Bandit." Alice smiled as bandit stood up and nodded. She loved the dog and would do anything for him he was like family.

"Dog lover too huh? My truck is by the emergency exit in the side of the building. Unless you want to follow us in your own car?" he put a leash on Colt and started heading for the door.
