I recognized it, too, and the hypnotherapy threw me. It would have been interesting to know where he learned his skills.

We had to get to know this man in retrospect and there were so many contradictions, depending on who was sharing their perspectives.

It seemed an odd combo to me...a chiropractor who used hypnosis on his patients. I understand manipulating the spine would eventually relieve the pain. What was the hypnotherapy for? Would it keep his clients from dwelling on the pain? Would he use it on the female clients so they would fall for him and give him gifts...like rent-free homes?
