Important Things To Remember:
***There is no deadline to finish a book for a called category, however in order for a book to count you must have had at least 100 pages left of the book to read in order for said book to work for the category called.
**Because of MIA players in the past, with this challenge you must comment in your team's thread within a week of a new category getting called (unless it is a planned absence). Failure to do so twice in a row will result in your removal from the team."
Book Rules:
• Books must be at least 100 pages.
• Cookbooks, Picture books, Manga, Graphic Novels, Poetry books are not allowed for this challenge. Aside from that, any books over 100 pages count for the challenge.

Hello, ladies! Anyone have specific plans for their books? I'm kicking around a few options. I'm expecting a book with a horse cover in the mail, but am not sure if it will come this week. I may end up just counting the standalone book I'm in the middle of, an old mystery.
Hi Ladies! Glad to be part of your team.So my plan will be to try to read a book with whatever category is called, but if I don't have that or need to read a different book, I will probably go for option 2.
As far as my plan for finishing the categories. I will see what is called and how our bingo looks and will try to tackle the ones first which will give us our bingo the fastest :-)
For Horse:
or Standalone:

I'm happy about being on with friends, also. It will be fun getting to know each other a bit better!
So I decided on my book. I'm reading a vintage mystery, The Postmaster's Daughter, and am on P. 123 out of 307 pages. I decided to go ahead and read a standalone rather than hope that my review book (A Most Noble Heir) comes in the mail before Thursday and that I have time to read it.Also, I'm going to count Beneath the Surface as my free space book, since I'm also currently reading that one. I just started the first few chapters last night and am hooked! I have about 250 pgs to go to finish it.
Anyone else have ideas for their free space books?
(Edit: I know there's no real deadline, but if I don't stay on top of things and read my book per week I'll be sadly behind.)
Hi everyone!I believe I will be reading
as a standalone option. I have it on request at my library and it says that it is in transit there now. So I should have it soon.

Sarita wrote: "It was really good! I liked it more than her last 3 books."I haven't read her recent books. I enjoyed The Atonement Child, Redeeming Love, and the Mark of the Lion series, but those were all from quite a while back. This is the first book by her recently that has drawn my interest enough to read it. So glad I did!

It's nice that we have so many options for this week's challenge! I am expecting The Weaver's Daughter soon. For now, that is my plan. I'll choose a different option if it doesn't arrive in the next couple of days.
On another note, horse and tree do not appear to have us working toward a bingo.
Hello team. My first choice novel for the tree challenge hasn't arrived yet. :-( Fortunately, I have several back-up options. Now for which one..
Hey guys!! I apologize for being so slow - things have been crazy and I got kinda sidetracked with my reading, so I'm going to use my freebie for week 1/horse/standalone. I'm reading my tree book now and should finish soon. And for my free space book I'm going to read
. :)
