Just finished #3 of The Lunar Chronicles, Cress. I'm rating it 3.5 stars and still deciding if I want to round up or down, though I have it at 4 at the moment. One novella and one book to go.

Now I'm up to 21 series in progress having finished the Six of Crows buddy read. Thankfully it's a duology and I really want to see how the story ends. 99% sure I'll mark this series off soon :)

Finished Crooked Kingdom (loved it) which finishes off another series. Woot!

Reading Carpe Jugulum wraps up the Witches sub-series of Discworld for me.

One book down, one more to go for the Lunar Chronicles. Fairest was not at all what I was expecting for Levana's back story. She is messed up!

I progressed the cozy mystery Cats in Trouble series by finishing off #5, The Cat, the Mill and the Murder. Getting there slowly but surely.

Another one done! The Ghost Brigades is #2 in the Old Man's War series.

Finished The Tyrant's Law which progresses the Dagger and the Coin series. Half way there. That was one hell of a hook on that ending. If it wasn't for a buddy read I'd probably be straight on to book four :)

Darn these buddy reads ;) Finishing Burn for Me brings me up to 22 series in progress. Thankfully we'll be reading them all as a group :) I love Ilona Andrews. The book was a lot of fun.

The Widow's House progresses the Dagger and the Coin series. Only one more left. This has been a pretty great series over all.

How do you like it? It is on my list.

I'm enjoying it. The fourth book was quite satisfying. For ratings, they've been 3.5/4/3.5/4 or 4.5 so far. I'm still debating the rating for book 4 which I'll probably decide as I write up the review later today. It is a reasonably complex epic fantasy with a slower pace told in alternating POV chapters. You have a lot of races of humanity, politics, an interesting world, war and some great battle scenes, an ambiguous bad guy, choices and unintended consequences. Edit: I have not read any of the author's other series so no idea how they compare.

I love Daniel Abraham. I'm reading his Long Price Quartet now and I already know it's not going to be the last of his books.

I'm enjoying the Dagger and the Coin enough that I would like to try the Long Price Quartet at some point. I do want to whittle down my list of active series first before cycling it in :)

That is a very wise strategy. cling to it and don't repeat my mistakes. :D

Work's been slow this morning so I knocked out that review. Ended up with 4.5 stars rounded down to 4 here on GR.

I completed White Hot which progresses the Hidden Legacy series. I also visited my favorite used book store today and now my Future Plans increased by 7 potential series. I am insane lol

What Discworld novels are you aiming at? I have a few Death novels (Thief of Time included) and two Industrial Revolution books (Moving Pictures, The Truth) unread. Maybe we can BR them sometimes.

Discworld is one of those series that has great reread potential :)

I finished off the Themis Files with Only Human and added Damar as In Progress since a group read for book 1 starts tomorrow.

The Blue Sword is done! One Damar book to go.

Progressed The Edge series by reading the second book, Bayou Moon.

Caught up on the Hidden Legacy with Wildfire. Now the long wait while the authors write the next one.

@Mayim - I did. It's a solid series. Maybe not as much depth as I would live but they have to be some of the most creative fairy tale re-imaginings I've read.

Completed another series! Reading Steel's Edge finished off The Edge.

I also finished Evolution which brings Awaken Online up to date. With that ending there will definitely be a 4th book.

It's a miracle. I'm under 20 series in progress :D

Two more off the list! I've gone as far as I care to with Old Man's War and just finished off Damar. I'm pleasantly surprised at how much more I enjoyed The Hero and the Crown over the first book.

Finished Days of Blood & Starlight which leaves me with only one more in the series :D

I finished Bloody Rose which catches me up on The Band. Looks like there is a 3rd book in the works.

It is bittersweet that I have wrapped up the Death sub-series with Thief of Time. It still makes me sad to know there will be no more forthcoming Discworld books, even though I have a lot of the series to go.
