Why Christianity? discussion

How do you even begin to tell which religion came first: writings? Archaeology? Old dusty idols?

Some say Paganism is easily first (Often Wiccans claim this)
Some say Hinduism.
Some say Buddhism trumps Christianity by a few centuries.
The Ba'hai's say maybe them. But then there's those Zoroastrians. or the Jewish Messiah?.

That's easy - MeFirstism!

Judaism? The Mosaic law is at least several thousands of years old.

The first religion was when the first curious anthropod looked out to sea and said "Where's the other shoreline?, or looked up in the sky and asked "Who put all those shiny things there?

That's the What!
It's the How I'm interested in.

The how fulfills the human need to explain the inexplicable! Scientists, sometimes successfully, try to unlock the puzzle. Fundamentalists just say "it's hidden in this Bible somewhere."
