Congrats! I’m so happy to hear your news! I know you had mentioned before that you really wanted a child. I’m glad to hear it’s finally happening! It also took me many years to get pregnant. I had decided to be content being an aunt and then SURPRISE! My little surprise is turning 6 this Friday and has been such a blessing in my life. Enjoy every moment! You mentioned a series. This is a series I recently read and enjoyed. Thought I might mention it if any of you may be interested. Fairly quick and easy read. The author did great at expressing emotions of the characters.

Thank you Angela! We are so excited! I will definitely enjoy every second.
Also, thank you for the recommendation. I will look into that series and possibly have it as an option 🙂.

That is great. I'm so happy for you. Take care of yourself, that comes first. I don't have a series to recommend, but I want to take part in whatever you decide. I'm new to this group, but I'm looking forward to being a part of it.
This isn’t a series, but it looks interesting and has high reviews on Goodreads. The ebook is also on sale for 1.99 currently.Check out When Crickets Cry by Charles Martin

a baby ... yaaaaaa :) :) :) as for next book ... with the coming of summer i'm super-duper busy ... but what would the ladies think of doing Francine Rivers books "Her Mother's Hope" followed with "Her Daughter's Dream"??? i find so much of myself in these two books and have always struggled with emotions shared by all four of the characters. i've always wanted to do these with a christian sharing group. xoxo j!

We are SO over the moon excited because we were unsure if we would ever get this blessing due to some infertility issues I have. However, because of this, I just honestly haven’t had the energy to look for a book, much less come up with discussion questions for every chapter. I am now into my second trimester and feel my energy returning.
With that being said, I really want to find a book and start back up again. I was thinking about looking up a couple good series and we can vote on which series we want to read. Then we will have the next couple books picked out. What do you think of that?
