What impression did you get from Lucia as to whether she believed Harry or not? Given her history with him, should she have given him the benefit of the doubt?

I'm not sure if she believed him or not. I hope she would give Harry the benefit of the doubt, but she knows he sometimes does things that aren't up and up. She knew that if Harry didn't plant the evidence, he had no way to prove it. I believe she is the person who mentioned blaming Harry's former partner.

She seemed to feel confident about the DNA being legit but was on the fence about Harry planting that jewelry. That was a surprise for me. Lucia should have been 100% certain he didn’t plant evidence, which would have made the DNA suspect. Shame on her.
