I've been thinking of hosting some kind of writing challenge, maybe for October (which is the last month I'll be in charge of)? If it goes fine, the pair who gets the job next can continue it maybe.

I just had a cool idea, we could have something like the hunger games, only the 12 districts are different books. then we could battle in in a "book war" (trivia) on the books. We could also make up the names like instead of Mortal Instruments we could have "the Mortal Libraries" or something. Its a weird idea but it could work

Sorry, that was a bit misleading. I mean we get a list of his best films, as a group decide on five or seven, and then watch a film each day. They're available in different forms, Netflix have a page of his films, and amazon prime, and obviously people will have them anyway...-xo

That's a good idea! I don't know if a lot of people are able to watch a movie every day, though - I know I'm not. But we should pick a few and watch them.

Or maybe different people can tune in each day for a different movie

On the other hand, I'm planning on setting up a poll to see how many writers we actually have so I know if the writing challenge is worth it. Is that okay with the other mods?
