I researched it once, and you would actually have to eat a truckload of carrots for your skin to turn orange actually, but it can!

DYK that deja vu is a result of your brain trying to connect what you're currently seeing/doing to something you have seen/done before, but failing?

ALSO, DYK that all of the faces of people in your dreams are faces you have seen before? Since your brain can't create new faces, it fetches the ones from your memory (even if you don't really remember them yourself) and uses them for the people in your dreams!

it does seem pretty evil...

I already knew about Tesla since I lived in Serbia for a long time, and we would celebrate him every year since he's from our country, but I'm so disappointed that he rarely gets mentioned in the American (or any other country's) curriculum

I remember one of my teachers mentioning him once, and it was only after I asked her who exactly introduced the alternating current

haha the striked out stuff! I agree. But yeah, we did have a Tesla day, and we had to paint a portrait of him in art class every year for it

yep the way I understand it is that a week before Lincoln was shot he was in Monroe Maryland. the week before kennedy was shot he was in....

Tesla is starting to finally get some recognition for his work. There have been several books in the last few years that feature him. I think the last one I read was Westerfield's Leviathan series
