I have a similar problem with a book missing an author. The book is Capitol K-9 Unit Christmas and is what I call a 2 stories in 1 book by 2 different authors. Shirlee McCoy and Lenora Worth. However only Shirlee McCoy is listed. Hope someone fixes that.

Also, this thread is attached to a different book entirely so you should start a new thread in such a case.

This book is written both by Jack Canfield AND Mark Victor Hansen if I'm not mistaking ? But only the first appears as the author. Is it normal ?
