Lorcan scolds Rowan for choosing Aelin over Maeve and reminds him that Aelin will age and die. Thoughts.

I think Rowan understands that Aelin will age, but doesn't really care. He had been looking for some way out of Maeve's control for awhile (in my opinion), so Lorcan's anger did not affect him.
I agree that Rowan is ecstatic to be out from Maeve's thumb, but I'm not sure he (or Aelin) has thought through the aging thing. Maas is going to have to get around this in some way.
