I received a free excerpt of Invincible for the purpose of my review for Smiley360. After reading the first chapter I'm hooked! Can't wait to read the rest. Coming from a similar backround, I feel these kind of books are important from where I'm from these things are all too common and it's good to see people sharing their stories.

I did not grow up with domestic violence in my home but domestic violence affects more people you will meet everyday than you can even begin to realize.Way too many children see domestic violence each and everyday in there homes watching and living with the abuse of their parents or adults living in the household. This book is great for someone dealing with and trying to over come CDV in there live and also someone just trying to understand the effects of CDV on others.

I have receive a free excerpt of this book from Smiley360 and based on what i read this book will be a good help and will be an eye opener for everyone about the effect of Domestic Violence. This book will help specially for those who experience it.

I received an exert of this book through Smiley360 for the purpose of writing a review and these opinions are completely my own. I am surprised at how many people are experiencing domestic violence and it saddens me, but Im also happy because there are so many people to help with these kinds of situations. This book would be great for someone who grew up with domestic violence, I believe it would help them tremendously.

I was lucky enough to get to read an excerpt of Invincible for being a Smiley360 member, and I have to say I was blown away! All the insights packed into the foreword and 1 chapter are enough for a whole book. I truly believe that this book will raise awareness for CDV (childhood domestic violence), bu not only that, it will truly help those of us who have suffered and fought to be the people who are today because of what we went through as children.

As a member of Smiley360 i was able to sample a portion of this book, for the purpose of reviewing it. These opinions are completely my own. This book really spoke to me. I was a child raised with domestic violence, So I know all too well the effects that it has on a child. Brian Martin does a great job at showing the effect children living in these circumstances has to deal with. there are more children suffering from domestic violence and the worst part is that they are either too scared to tell anyone or they tried to no avail. domestic violence is so much more serious then most can even fathom.

I am so happy that this book is available to help others dealing with domestic violence. This is an amazing resource to help those victims suffering with CDV. Thanks to smiley360 I got a chance to read some of this book and I fell in love. I wasn't and have ever been domestically been hurt but I know people that have and after talking to them and told them they are not alone I showed them what I was reading and they opened up more about their feelings thanks for the help.

I recieved a free sample exert from this book for the purposes of my review from smile360. Being a child from a verbally abusive childhood I can very much relate to this book. After reading the first chaper I am extremely satisfied with the way the author was able to express how it is going through this situation and how important it is to recognize that thier is an issue and these children need our support as a community. I have always said that you are a product of your environment and it is your choice to break free and stop the cycle or follow in your parents footsteps.

Before I begin, I would like to make it clear that I did receive a free excerpt of this book for the purpose of reviewing through Smiley360. This book really opens your eyes to understanding signs children express when suffering through domestic violence on a daily basis. I recommend this book to anyone has suffered through CDV and also to those who have not. It really helps everyone know and understand what children in these situations go through.

I received a free excerpt of Invincible for the purpose of my review from Smiley360. I did not know whether it was something I would be affected by or not. When I read the Foreward by Anthony Robbins, I did not realize he had been affected by Domestic violence as a child, and as I read on, I was astounded at the sheer volume of children today who are affected by it. It makes me wonder what our world is coming to and what ever happened to mutual respect. I have only read through the first chapter, but this is definitely a great book, and worth reading for anyone who has had any kind of violence or abuse in their life- even better for the perpetrator to read. Maybe it will open some eyes!

It is definitely worth a read especially if youre going through some type of abuse. It can open some eyes and help stop the senseless pain and suffering.

Its scary what the world is coming to where are young children are having to suffer pain. The book really touched my heart and I could not stop reading it. The more I read the more I gog into it. This is my honest opinions about the book.

I received a free excerpt of Invincible for the purpose of my review. After reading the excerpt I plan to purchase this book. I am very glad I did not grow up in a home with domestic abuse. But I am well aware that happens all too much in the world today. I feel many children and adults suffer with this in silence and afraid of what will happen to them if they speak of what is going on to anyone. I will definitely be purchasing this book and than sharing with as many people as I can. This is a matter that needs to stop, we have to fight for the children and adults who are going though this.
