What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

All I remember about this book is this girl and guy are best friends and have been for years. The girl is in love with him and he doesn't see it. They somehow end up in a cabin together and it like snows or something and they have a steamy moment against a glass window and I think it breaks while they are leaned against it because there is like some kind of bad guy in the book, and he was watching them the whole time. I know they have a night of passion on a rug I believe. I hope this helps
