Better late than never, but I FINALLY finished this book! Am I a terrible person if I say I actually liked the movie way more? The book was cute, but I just found the movie a lot more charming.
What are your thoughts?
I mean, I liked book Peter more, but I liked movie Josh better. In fact, I HATED book Josh by the end of the first book. The movie at least redeemed him a little. I think it's hard to say which I enjoyed overall more because honestly, it is one of the best book to movie adaptations I've watched.

That's funny about Peter! I found him so rude in the book, he got better by the end, though. I really liked movie Peter--I like the actor, too, I knew him from "The Fosters."
I think I just wasn't crazy about the writing style. I felt the same way with "The Summer I Turned Pretty." I'm glad you like the book, though :)

I read all three in like a two day period. I read the first two back to back staying up WAAAAY past my bedtime. I liked both sequels.

I'm so excited to read this! I absolutely loved the Netflix movie--and I've heard such good things about this book :D
Unfortunately the wait list for this book at my library is super long, so hopefully I get a copy before the end of October :O :O :O
