SrLunaLlena | 37 comments ISBN: 978-84-316-1511-6

La Celestina is work of 15th century author Fernando de Rojas which the real author of ISBN: 978-84-316-1511-6. Eduardo Alonso has made the adaptation from 15th century Spanish to today's Spanish. He should be listed second. The main author must remain Fernando de Rojas.

Please correct the author info and merge this with 9781589770119.

Also if you want I can provide the text that appears at the back of this version. I am not sure if Goodreads keeps alternate descriptions for different publishers.

SrLunaLlena | 37 comments You can verify the author information from the image of 978-84-316-1511-6. I have a physical copy of the book on my hand.

SrLunaLlena | 37 comments By merge I meant combine editions.

SrLunaLlena | 37 comments Can someone help please?

Scott | 11226 comments Normally on adaptations the adapter is primary and it is not combined with the original work, but if I am understanding you correctly this seems more like a kind of "translation". I have moved Fernando up and combined the works. (Another librarian may disagree...)

Every edition can have its own description so if you want to type in the back cover text we would be happy to add it.

SrLunaLlena | 37 comments Thank you Scott, appreciate it a lot.

Here is the text from back cover:

Hello, I wish to merge my author profiles so I can add my books, which currently I cannot do. I am listed as Obelia Modjeska. I would like to discard this profile and use O.J. Modjeska, where I have my book "Gone" Catastrophe in Paradise" listed with some 80 something reviews. I also wish to add my two new books to the updated combined profile. These are
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
and
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

Thanks for your help with this matter.

SrLunaLlena | 37 comments Obelia it would be better if you start a new thread for your request instead of posting in mine.

Obelia, SrLunaLuna is correct about new threads, but I merged your two author profiles.
Have a good day.
