I liked the first part but the second one was not so good and i have heard worse things about the third one too. So i don't despise it but it's not my fav. series either.

I have only read divergent so far. You two are spoiling the fun :-P. I didn't go on because I was saving it for a rainy day, you know the days when you want to read something really good but something you're sure is good, not in the mood of silly surprises. I liked divergent. Thought the rest would be better or at least as good.

Well, I liked when I read it. But I also liked The Twilight Saga. Now, in retrospect, I can see that they weren't very good.
I like to think that I have grown. But most probably I'm being a hipster. :D

divergent was an excellent book but it was no way as good as hunger games. and as for the scientific stuff in the book. it was really annoying and at moments in just skipped just for it to be over with.

@Maham- yeah i have read The Book Thief and loved it! About divergent series, oh well we've had worst i think :-P
@Osama- Haha totally ! I know what you mean. It's like as a kid i was a huge fan of Bollywood and shah rukh, i've grown up but people do belittle you about it.

I am still stuck on the fact that 50 shades of grey ia being made into a movie.

I completed the Divergent series.
Disappointed cuz they are so over rated -__-
and yes, only the first book is good.

Yeah. You should read the reviews it has in GR. They were really hilarious.

I loved the movie. It was based on the book but it was actually very good ( If you guys haven't seen it ) I've read all the three books, liked them when I read but now thinking back books are just okay!

There was too much unnecessary details about minor character.

Yeah i think the movies were better then the books. Especially the 2nd and 3rd book. They are detailed a lot more then the first one and at some point i got bored with the repeated details of EVERYTHING. and i didn't like the sad ending :0

Divergent trilogy is not so bad...magar yeh Jo har Jaga logon ko Marne ka trend ban gaya hai, its damn exhausting.

I know right. I hear that they are trying to change this trend in the movie. Tris is not gonna die in the movie. That's what i heard. I don't for sure what they decide in the end

Oh yeah ! The guilt Tris carried along with her after Will's death was annoying.. really ! I literally HATE American's idea of grieving.

It is not confirmed yet. Shailene said they will stick to original ending but after that they announced there will be another film after third installment named Ascendant .... Fingers crossed !
(BTW i read the books after i watched the films )
