Yassen sat on a platform of water suspended about 3 meters above the ground. Despite sitting on the solid platform of water he wasn’t getting wet. It took a bit of strain to stay up there, he wasn’t yet used to keeping a platform of water up and stable for so long but it wasn’t the hardest thing he had done. There was plenty of water around so he didn’t have to take any from his own body therefore making much less difficult. His feet dangled over the edge as he watched his younger brother mess around with is quirk below. He found it interesting to see his brothers quirks, being they were nothing like that of their parents. Yassen knew that when his quirks manifested Kaito ended up leaving being trained with Uraraka and Yoarashi being neither of their parents knew how to fully train his power. Because of that he hadn’t see his little brother much when they were younger, not as much as he wanted to. Though right now he was rather happy with what he saw. Kaito was quite powerful from what he had witnessed from his little observing platform. Both his brothers quirks being well trained and he seemed in good control of them both. However Yassen couldn’t help but see a few things that could be possible to tweak. Everyone had different fighting styles and everyone was trained in different ways. But Yassen had said he was going to help Kaito so that’s what he was going to do. He had been observing his brother seeing what exactly what his strong points and weak pointer were before intervening.
Getting to his feet, Yassen jumped from his little water platform. Letting the water fade under his foot then materialize in front of him again before he landed with a silent thud on the ground. The ground here was soft, made for sparring and quirk training so wasn’t hard enough that it would harm anyone if they fell onto it. He padded up beside Kaito letting the water platform crumble behind him.
“Here little bro let me help your stance is slightly off.” He said poking his brother shoulder and watching him topple. “Now I know you mightn’t like close combat, both your quirk’s are more ranged…” He caught his younger sibling by the shoulders stopping him from topping and landing on his ass. “But I feel at least learning how to defend yourself from melee attacks. It's a useful skill being some quirks rely on close range or melee.” He said remembering back to all his research he had done on the hero killer.
One of the greatest killing villains and all his attacks were all melee. Done with a sword, requiring the spilling of blood to quirk to work. Despite his father's wishes, Yassen had done a lot of research into Stain and how his father had met him. He would hate to see his brother be injured because of a similar thin. So he was going to at least teach him some defensive melee combat. Yassen himself didn’t like melee as much, preferring to manipulate water and use that instead of hand to hand but he still had some tips on how to do it.
“OK hands up shoulders back. Keep your legs apart and knees bent ready to spring which ever way.” Yassen advised tweaking his brothers stance, nudging his legs further apart and lifting his arms. “Stop looking at me, look ahead. Don’t ever take your eyes of your opponent.” He laughed slightly tilting his brother head forward.
After a bit more tweaking his stepped back giving Kaito another poke on the shoulder showing him the fact he was much more stable now.
“There, perfect.” Yassen said grinning. “Now you just have to remember that stance.” He stepped away form his younger brother moving about two meters away before assuming a defensive stance of his own. “Right, let’s see if it pays off.” He gave his brother a semi cocky grin slowly beginning to circle him.
Yassen was yet to actually have a mock battle with his sibling so was still unsure of his strengths and weaknesses when it came to fist Vs fist. Who knows, Kaito could be ten times stronger than Yassen despite being about two years younger. Yassen was yet to beat his father in a match of hand to hand. He had won a few times in power Vs power but he had a feeling his father was going easy those times. Every other time he would end up smack on his back, out of breath with half his hair burnt off and his father laughing over him. Either way Yassen was determined to train his brother, to at least try help him.
“Your move.” He said giving Kaito a finger beckoning.
Yassen was indeed curious as to how his little brother attacked. Defending was much easier than making the first move, Yassen knew that all to well.

((I'm very upset because I had a whole thing typed for this, but then my teacher deleted the tab because she was on go guardian and I just had the tab open. Doing my work peacefully in a whole different window.))
Kaito took his brother's advice and fixed his stance. He hadn't known much about actual hand to hand combat, seeing as over the years he mainly just trained his quirk and his mind. He was supposed to learn a few basic things from Nana, but then he got accepted into U.A. He was actually pretty glad his brother was teaching him.
He watched Yassen as he circled him. Kaito never really liked to be in the offensive, even if he was allowed to use his quirk. He just didn't like hurting people. However, if he was going to help his city and become a hero, he knew he had to learn. He took a deep breath and calmed his nerves. He lunged at Yassen, throwing a punch, knowing it would probably be dodged or something.

Sorry It took so long.))
Sorry It took so long.))
((Ohhh that sucks!!!! I write my replies in goggle docs so that if the link happens to be closed i don't lose anything. Personally i don't mind it being short, after everything being deleted i don't blame you for taking awhile or writing a short thing.))
((Thanks for understanding. I'll probably start writing my responses in google docs for now on.))
((If It's not enough to work with, I can always add more. {Just putting this out there.}))
