Blue Lake Academy discussion

Hello, people of Blue Lake Academy!

As some of you have heard, I'm taking my leave of Blue Lake Academy for personal reasons. This group has been around for almost two years now, and I'm so glad I got to spend it with you lovely people. Thank you for joining, thank you for roleplaying, thank you.

Now, this group's journey does not end here. Abbigail and Aly will be taking over as co-head-moderators of the group. The group will continue much the same as it always has. Thank you, Abbigail and Aly!

I will be leaving the group on the thirteenth, and until then, feel free to comment anything on this thread for me. Goodbyes, questions, concerns, etc. My characters are being put up for adoption, and if you would like to adopt one, let me know! If the people I've roleplayed them with want to, I'd be honored you want to continue my characters' lives, fictional as they may be. My characters can be found on this thread.

Good bye, Catherine! You were the first one I’ve ever RPlayed on this group and I will never forget that! Thank you for creating BLA! I’ve had a blast here through the life of my character. I will admit that I’m curious about the reason you are leaving, but I wouldn’t dare to ask if it’s something personal. So, wherever you go, have a blast! Whatever you do, give your best! And whatever you are, be a good one!

Goodbye and thank you, Autre! I'm very grateful for your support of this group for more than a year now. I'd like to keep the specifics to myself, but I'll tell you that I'm not injured and this isn't being forced on me, it's a choice I made (again, for personal reasons).

Oh, and a quick note to anyone interested in adopting characters:

I can expand more fully on them and link you to past roleplays to help you in roleplaying them in the future. Or, if you're just deciding whether you want to adopt one, I'm still happy to do that.

Thank you Catherine. For everything. For letting Abbigail and myself take over the group, for making this amazing group, for just being an amazing person. No matter what may happen. No matter if we never hear from you again on here, maybe because you find new interests or for whatever reasons. Anyways, just remember that we are thinking about you and praying for you. I see good luck in you're future and you are going to overcome all issues that come your way. We will miss you Catherine.

I consider you one of my friends too. :-) This group will continue without me, and while it might not be quite the same, I think you'll still find the group wonderful.
