Mine is still the Dark Elf Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore. Yeah, I know the writing is very juvenile but I love the unique and diverse characters in the series. The character Drizzt is by far my favorite hero of any sci-fi fantasy book. When I was a kid, I wanted to be just like him. The ideologies expressed by his character really helped me through a rough childhoold. I also liked the perspectives the series gave on diversity and inclusion.

This is a hard one as it's changed over the years. I'm a huge fan of Brandon Sanderson's (first) Mistborn trilogy. His second one is good too, but I think his first one is a huge achievement.

I really really enjoy the King killer series by Rothfuss, but the dude is competing with GRRM for the slowest updates in the industry, so I don't know if I can say it's a series yet.

Anything Sandersen is excellent. Ive not read Mistborn but I have crunched through Stormlight and it's much fun.
