Invincible discussion

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this book through Smiley360.I was able to sample an excerpt for free before purchasing the book. As I start to read it I can see how this would help many people. If you or a loved one have dealt with domestic violence it is a must read. I think the Author Brian Martin did a great job writing about something that so many people are afraid to speak openly about.In the first chapter the part where it say “To build self-​­control you must first have self-​­awareness.” means a great deal and really draws you in. I can't wait to read the whole book!!
