What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

This book is a young adult comedy or coming of age novel with a yellow cover with three teenagers laying on a bed with their legs hanging off.One of the main characters is called Sebby or Seb and towards the end of the book he becomes a drug addict.If anyone could help me with this I would be very grateful.
