Ibrahim is Zahra’s father who’s in prison for murdering his wife, Zahra’s mother, and her attempted murder. Zahra was attempting to help her mother escape her father’s stranglehold and increasing embrace of radical Islam. He forced them off of a highway and shot her mother before the wrecked car ignited and burned her mother alive before she could be rescued. Zahra escaped with severe injuries.
Ruth was the NSA leak. Hassani was threatening to murder her son and his family in Jordan. (hide spoiler)]
