Read Your Face Off Book Club discussion

This is the discussion thread for Chapters 1-7 of The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. Please keep the discussion to this section of the book. If you have not read this section yet, beware of spoilers!

Hmm. I’m not sure how I feel about this book so far other than the fact I’m not really enjoying it. I’ve found it difficult to get caught up in the story, but I’m hoping if I sit down and make a conscious effort to read a big chunk of it today I might get swept up in the story.

I feel like we have been introduced to too many characters in a small amount of time and I’m struggling to keep up 😂

I like the concept of this party being symbolic of Evelyn’s brother dying, and we of course know some of what happens to Evelyn.

I will keep reading and hopefully I will start enjoying it more.
