29 - a book with "love" in the title
From my read list:Love and Friendship and Other Writings
P.S. I Love You
How to Fall in Love
The Batman Adventures: Mad Love
Love A Little Stronger
The Girl Who Couldn't Love: A Novel
I don't usually do romance books but I ended up reading The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapatathis year because I was looking for something by an author who's name started with a Z and I really enjoyed it. Since enjoyed it so much I'm probably going to read From Lukov with Love
For those who are looking for non-romance reads for this prompt I can recommend some nonfiction:Hope Heals: A True Story of Overwhelming Loss and an Overcoming Love
The Disappearing Spoon: And Other True Tales of Madness, Love, and the History of the World from the Periodic Table of the Elements
A Little Bit Wicked: Life, Love, and Faith in Stages (Not my favorite, TBH, but could be worth reading if you're a fan of Wicked.)
I'll probably read Tomorrow Will Be Better: A True Story of Love and One Family's Triumph over the Horrors of World War II, but I also have Feast: True Love in and out of the Kitchen on my already owned TBR.
Out of nearly a lot of books I only have 4 books with "love" in the title. Love in the Time of Cholera
Lady Chatterly's Lover
Love
The Japanese Lover
I guess it's Death of an Orchid Lover for me. I think that may be the only book I own that fits this prompt.
I'm going with The Tsar of Love and Techno which is a collection of short stories from Russia.Food: A Love Story is by stand-up comic Jim Gaffigan and also looks good.
So many choices for this one! I was thinking of finally reading Dracula, My Love: The Secret Journals of Mina Harker
I found The Hypnotist's Love Story on my kindle, but then I remembered Im going to be reading To All the Boys Ive Loved Before ( possibly tonight) and maybe I will change it to P.S. I Still Love You.....
oshizu wrote: "I don't read romance novels and I'm planning to read Louise Erdrich's Love Medicine"Me too! I am not a romance novel person, so I was happy to find this title already in my "Want to Read" list here on Goodreads.
I was worried when I saw this category but then I remembered Love and Ruin is on my TBR. I'll probably use some of the non-romance books mentioned in this thread as back-up in case I decide to use that for another prompt.
I'm probably going with Ali and Nino: A Love Story. As a bonus (for me - I'm aiming to read more widely geographically) it is set in Azerbaijan.
I'm going between The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennessy and Love, Rosie. Also:
P.S. I Love You
Eat, Pray, Love
To All the Boys I've Loved Before
In the Garden of Beasts: Love, Terror, and an American Family in Hitler's Berlin
Of Love and Other Demons
Love in the Time of Cholera
And several books by Emily Giffin have "love" in the title.
On my TBR:The Atomic Weight of Love by Elizabeth J. Church
The History of Love by Nicole Krauss
Have read before and can recommend:
LoveMurder by Saul Black
Whatever You Love by Louise Doughty
The Love of My Life by Louise Douglas
Because She Loves Me by Mark Edwards
Love Anthony by Lisa Genova
Enduring Love by Ian McEwan
The Last Letter from Your Lover by Jojo Moyes
Two non-romance titles:The History of Love by Nicole Krauss
Horrific Sufferings of the Mind-Reading Monster Hercules Barefoot: His Wonderful Love and His Terrible Hatred by Carl-Johan Vallgren. I don´t know why this title got so long - in Swedish it is simply called "The wonderful history of love"
Kelly wrote: "Ooooh, maybe it's time to finally read The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon."That book freaked me out soooo badly. It was awesome.
LOVECRAFT COUNTRY works here as well! It’s been on my list for awhile and the HBO series comes out in 2019.
I have been wanting to read Love in the Time of Cholera for a very long time, so this should work here I hope!
Heather wrote: "To All the Boys I've Loved Before"The sequel also works for this prompt! :) P.S. I Still Love You
Some books from my TBR stack that haven't been mentioned (at least that I didn't see yet):Beloved
Sons and Lovers
The Sweet Potato Queens' Book of Love
Fire Lover: A True Story
A quick search on my TBR and I actually have quite a few options:Love & Gelato

I plan to read P.S. I Still Love You since I read the first book in that series (and watched the adorable movie) this year.
