It was entertaining for an afternoon read, but like the previous book not a lot of substance. Book one is far superior to the last two installments.
I’ve mulled over both your comments and reluctantly must agree. While I enjoyed this one more than the last, neither live up to the magic of the first book.
I enjoyed this one and I probably rated it higher because the last third of the book was exciting. I really hope the next book is much, much better. We’ve all read much more exciting RS series (I-Team, for example).

I like guys of the security team and their banter and I think that’s what draws me to the next book. The bad guys though are all literally TSTL. Wouldn’t you think terrirists would be more sophisticated? Or smart?
The masterminds generally are but these numnuts they recruit to execute upon a phone call are untrained. They need them, however, because those in cells can’t get close enough or move freely.
