I always recommend Brave Story by Miyuki Miyabi. It is my favorite fantasy book. It is also a stand alone and is about 800 pages. I hope you have a lovely day :) <3
Dorothy Must Die...it's incredibly thrilling and unpredictable for a YA book. Also, if you like Scifi but don't get grossed out easily the Frankenstein series by Dean Koontz is fantastic!
I don't know an underrated book but I really enjoyed Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. It's an easy read and not a too typical love story. The author took the time to really develop it and build up the anticipation.
Not really YA or underrated, but I just finished The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini and really enjoyed it :) It's quite sad/ shocking though! I liked Daughter of Smoke and Bone, that's fantasy and more YA. I'd also suggest some of the classics! :)
I have written a book that's available for pre-order on Kindle and soon to be released as a paperback. Very few people have read it so far and I would like to extend the reach of potential readers. Even if you read just a chapter or so to have some feedback outside of the people I know who have read it, I would be eternally grateful! :)
It's a dystopian, set in Britain, just over fifty years in the future. Told between four perspectives, it has a mix between a more primitive-style survival, and a futuristic-y thing.
