I’m trying to decide between “Peyton Place” and “Valley of the Dolls”! I watched “Valley of the Dolls” for the first time recently and just bought the book before Christmas. But I keep hearing great things about “Peyton Place” as well. 🤔
I think I may finally read Gone Girl or Little Children that was gifted to me for the books to movies swap recently...

I've read all of these and enjoyed them, but have only watched some of the movies:Annihilation
The Firm
The Girl on the Train
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and the rest of the series
To Kill a Mockingbird
The Hobbit
The Lord of the Rings
The Martian
Mystic River
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Our Souls at Night
The Rainmaker
Room
Shutter Island
Story of Your Life
A Time to Kill
Under the Skin
A Wrinkle in Time
These I haven't read but am considering for this prompt:
Bel Canto

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
The Giver
The Glass Castle
The Golden Compass
Gone Girl
The Help
The Kite Runner

The Silver Linings Playbook
Watership Down
Was not my plan to read The Circle for this prompt, but I ended up reading the book and realizing I could check one more off. I haven't seen the movie but the book was fantastic!
