Josephine Vermeulen Robert B. Cialdini wants to expose the different techniques of persuasion of a salesman in this book. 'Influence' is a fascinating book with examples of the daily live where everyone can relate to. It is well-structured and gives the reader a clear view of how people are getting manipulated on the market so easily and how the behaviour of people is automatic to a specific situation.
