Kenneth | 26 comments Hi all. Happy New Year.

I have no doubt that you've already started reading this year, so my question is: what is the first book you have or are reading this year? It doesn't matter when you started it, as long as it's the first book that you finished or are going to finish this year.

Mine is "The Outsider" by Stephen King - sorry for the lack of a link; I'm typing this on my iPad and I don't know how to link.

Good luck with your New Year read!

So far I've started my second reading of Les Misérables by Victor Hugo (Denny translation this time - Hapgood last time) and Archivist on a Bicycle: Jiří Fiedler by Ruth Ellen Gruber.

Noelene | 364 comments Currently reading The Passage by Justin Cronin. Won it ages ago and put off reading it because it was so long and I may have not reached my reading goals for the year. Started it 5 days ago so will have it finished this week so I will be on track for my 2019 reading goal of one book a week.
