I was obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer in high school and I've started re-watching the series the other day (entire series free on Facebook Watch, woohoo!), so I was really excited to hear that they were releasing a book with a new storyline this year. Even though it's a new character, I'm definitely feeling the nostlagia for the old series just reading the summary.
Currently reading The Series of Unfortunate Events which I absolutely loved as a child and have been thinking about a lot lately since they just put the last season of the Neil Patrick Harris version on Netflix!
They are all super quick reads so I hope this won’t put me back in my timeline for finishing books this year lol

I also just read a Series of Unfortunate Events book, #4 The Miserable Mill, for this challenge. It's something I started reading in middle school (which was now over 10 years ago!!!).

I've really been wanting to watch the movie again recently, it was really well done and one of the few movies I've seen that stayed really faithful to the book. I remembered how much I loved the book as a kid and how big it was when it came out (everyone was reading Holes or Harry Potter). The book is really well written and I still loved it even as an adult.
