Never Too Old For Y.A. & N.A. Books discussion

I'm looking for YA suggestions for books where the font is in color (some examples Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendaere Blake print is red, Splintered by A.G. Howard etc.) My daughter is dyslexic and the colored font is easier to read than the black. Thanks (Or just suggestions on how to Google this topic cause when I tried it gave me books with colors in the title)
