What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book in 2015 but have no idea what year it came out. It was the story of a girl who was raised by her single mother and grandmother and they didn't have a lot of money. The girl struggled with her weight her whole life, and it shows an outside perspective on her life through the years, like struggling with self worth issues and even talking about the "sexual" side of things. Please help me find this book! I never got to finish it.
