Illustrators for Writers Who Can't Draw discussion

Hello, I am an aspiring writer looking for an artist partner for a webcomic. I am not able to pay for your services at this time, but my hope is that we will eventually be paid (the comic would be going on Webtoon, or if you know of another site that is better, than possibly there) and split the payment 40-60 in the artist's favor and we both get our names out there. The basic plot of the story is;

Set in the very far future, mankind created Hybrids for war. By combining the DNA of a human with the DNA of another creature, they created a being with the intelligence of a human that had the instincts and some anatomical similarities to the creature that made up half of their genetic code.

However, after the war was over and the Federation established itself, Hybrid creation was outlawed. Anyone who was suspected of creating Hybrids faced life in prison or worse, and their creations destroyed.

The story follows one female hybrid of human and caninoid (A mix of all large canines on Earth) DNA, named Merika.
