An update on Amazon: It turns out that readers are NOT able to post reviews on Amazon for a book until it's released :( Brew is currently available for preorder on Amazon so it can be purchased but not yet reviewed. Brew will be released on October 1st, so if you can please copy your reviews over on that date, I would really appreciate it, I'll be sure to remind you :)
