Yayyy! I was hoping one of our picks would be on this case! It should be really interesting considering they never found him/her.
Stephanie wrote: "Hello everyone! 👋 I am brand new here. July will be my first month. I’m a little confused. If we are reading Zodiac in July, when do we discuss it?"Hi! Welcome! Mel or Peter will create a discussion thread for Zodiac soon, and then you can post whatever you'd like there. Some people get started a little early, but obviously most people start reading in July so most people just post their thoughts/discussions/questions during that month on the discussion thread. Then, Peter will host a live stream at the end of the month to discuss the book.
I wish there was an updated version with all the debunked stuff removed from the book. I'm on the fence with this one.
If you have Prime it's a available through Audible under channels/audiobook collections/truly criminal. Then you can listen for free.
Great idea Vicky. I don't know if I want to use a credit on a book that has many of it's "facts" debunked as not true. But it must be hard to write a book on a serial killer that was never caught.
Yeah, I know what you mean. So when I saw it under the free channels I was relieved. LOL! Then I thought I better share before anyone spends money if they can get it free.

I'm seeing on Amazon that there is actually two books by the same author, but only one is based on the movie which was made. Are we reading the one based on the movie or the other one? I think I'll read this one with the group but I don't want to get the wrong one.
On instagram, Mel said it was the original and Peter just backed that up on his channel. It’s the one with the yellow cover, published in 2007 I believe.

I must be looking at the wrong book...Is it this one? Good Reads has the yellow cover book being published in 1987. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

just seen peters video before I left to work. my book has a 2 week hold. hopefully I'll have it I'm time.
@Susan Sitzmann I wonder if it has to do with me using my Kindle. I'm not finding it with my phone. I'm just going in circles.
Guess even if I'm Prime I can only get the channels on my Kindle. I don't know about the audio books on YouTube but I did find this too. https://youtu.be/bXWywP-0RRU
Yes, 1986 according to the book itself. It just says 2007 on Amazon bc this particular edition was published that year. By that I just mean the mass market paperback form. The actual content is still 1986.
Lucked out and found Zodiac at a local used book store! Can’t wait to read it. When is the live stream for Killer Clown? 💙
Stephanie, I can’t ever find them on the app. The polls are super easy to see if you go online to goodreads.com. Just click on the book club and in the upper right corner you’ll see different links. Click on polls and you’ll be able to vote. :)
