Critique Circle is a neat site in which you can submit works to be reviewed and critiqued by other members. It is a point based system and seems to work very well.
There are other tools available on the site to help you with your writing as well.

Thank you for advertising this, however, I am tired of these types of credit systems that don't have all the required functionality.
One of the functions which I do not see, is an adequate chapter function. Chapters should never be reviewed individually, chapters for long stories should be reviewed in order.
