Hi,

I'm Lyn (L R Davis) and I write fiction and non-fiction. Currently I am working on a MG fantasy.

I have one published story -- a speculative fiction about ComiCon.

Welcome CE Miller, Wanderer and RaeLynn!
I've made RaeLynn moderator since she is a mod at Scrib with her YA group.
I've extended the invite to all Kidlit mods to invite their groups here, as well, since expanding our base and following is one of the goals of this site. The more the merrier.
If you want moderator status, let me know. I don't mind sharing.
Lyn

Hello, all! My name is RaeLynn. I write YA fiction, currently working on a piece that has been three years in the making (motherhood really sets your priorities for you!) I was able to get three works published, though, before and during little ones. I'm so excited for this group and I think good things are going to come from it! Can't wait to meet everyone!

Glad you have joined us.

wanderer (vwanderer) | 4 comments Hi! I write mostly middle-grade fiction, memoir, and the occasional poem during down times. ;)

I have an author account here, as well as my reader account (this one), and I love goodreads for keeping track of everything.

Glad you posted. Do give a link to your author page. I don't see this as inappropriate promoting...just letting people know. :D

C.E. Miller (c_e_miller) | 3 comments This is my (newly created) hopefully someday author account :)

I've got a MG novel that's been years in the making that's pretty polished, a crappy first draft of a second, and vague ideas for some more. My writing time is somewhat inconsistent around my day job.

Hi, Lyn!
I'm Kassie, and I'm also writing a MG Fantasy right now. I love that you wrote a story about ComiCon. (I didn't know this about you!) As it so happens, I'm going to ComiCon this weekend! ha ha! I'm really excited. I'll have to check out your story sometime. ;)

I'm excited to be part of this Goodreads group. You do such a great job moderating scribophile!

I'll try to participate when/if I can.

Thanks,
Kassie

I work in TV post production. I'm wrapping up a series right now, so work could be eating my life soon with a new gig, depending on what it is.

Welcome Debbie!
Glad you made it.
We're not all that active but we're using this to build up a network outside of Scrib. :D

I saw your request for ARC readers in the middle grade group. Are you still looking? Your books sounds right down my line.

Anita | 1 comments Hi, I'm not an agented or published author, but I do write MG, and will be querying a MG Contemp Fantasy, 70K, (relatively??) soon. I don't use Scrib and I hope that's okay. I also write adult mystery (amateur sleuth, 88K), which I'm revising with feedback from a SinC-Guppies crit group, and I have a completed a YA epic fantasy, 85K, which is sitting in a drawer on time-out until I figure out how to rewrite it. I've got two more books I'll be drafting in 2022 (hopefullly -- they're outlined!) once I start querying the MG Contemp Fantasy. I also read/review MG, all genres, but...it has to be something I can get from my local library, so ebooks exclusively pubbed by Amazon / KPD I don't review. I'm always looking for new authors and new mentor texts!
