At the end he links to another blog about the book, in which the author, only known as Murr, writes a good summary of the arguments for and against atheism and orthodoxy that Dostoevsky has embedded in conversations between Shatov and Stavrogin and Kirillov, under "Part 2 Atheism vs. Orthodoxy", but I think the essay makes more sense after reading the conversation between Peter and Kirillov in Chapter 6, "A Very Busy Night" section 2.
